Well, facing this reality, it doesn't mean that you'll be less responsible or less devoted. Keep your passion alive, for at the end of the day, you've done your part, and your part is a big contribution to the whole.
Face yourself, bow your head, keep on doing what you can in goodness, and you'll be irreplaceable.
